Everyone at the dealership was focused on getting my truck serviced and back on the road, but no one was as kind and attentive as Angelina. She was a breath of fresh air, sharp, wise and focused on solving my problem. I adored her the minute I met her. She smiled at me and said, "tell me what happened and start from the beginning"; I knew I was dealing with a real professional from that moment. She knew exactly what my car's issue was, explained it to me with patience and got the service done immediately. very courteous and professional service. Had recall work done on my Grand Cherokee 4xe, everything was done within a day. Additionally, while doing the work, the service technician found a problem with the transfer case and fixed that as part of warranty service. Highly recommend.
