Unfortunately this dealership cannot be trusted. At my strongest urging avoid this dealership. They value greed over customers. Cannot believe how awful my experience was here.

Worst service. Scratched the hood of my car during a routine oil change which had to be fixed at a body shop. Grease was all over front of car and on steering wheel. Their drink can marks were on the hood where they must gave placed their drinks. On top of that they lost my tire lug nut key. They also performed a multi point check during the service and noted my brakes were fine at a "6". Three weeks later and only 500 miles my brakes are metal on metal with no pads left and i need new rotors, pads and brake fluid flush due to this. They obviously lied and never checked the brakes. I have a complaint in to corporate to cover my costs of this repair. We shall see. The service manager never calls.you back.

I bought a 2007 Jeep Commander from a dealer in Bel Air MD almost 2 years ago . And the experience I had at Baker Jeep was the complete opposite. I drove 150 to this dealership specifically because they had what I wanted and treated my so well along with worked with me. I would definitely buy from them again. They explained everytjing to me so well and in detail.
