TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely poor communication and customer service!!! I had spoken to Robert about a truck they had listed online. They had no actual photos of the car, so I requested the sticker and photos of the vehicle. It took him two days to get me the sticker and he said he was unable to provide photos of the vehicle since it was in an auxiliary lot.
I called back again that week to get an update, to which he informed me that they didn't actually have the vehicle yet and that it was in transit for delivery in two weeks. I requested lease pricing on that vehicle, to which he said he would get back to me later that day. He never got back to me and I messaged him again asking whether it was still available, to which he also never replied.
I called the dealer yesterday to get an update on whether the vehicle was in and they informed me that it was in fact there for. I was unable to make it yesterday to see the vehicle because my work ran late and I messaged the dealer that I would be coming the next day. Fast forward to today when I was coming in, Robert decided to finally contact me to inform me that the truck was sold. FYI, I haven't heard back from Robert since June 8th.
DO NOT TRY AND USE COVID-19 AS AN EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was in contact about purchasing a car virtually. I needed to go out of town and asked before beginning the process if it would be possible to complete before leaving. I was told it we had plenty of time. After completing some initial financial information and sending over other pertinent information I just never heard back. Not even any type of communication to let me know the process was going to take too long and we wouldn't be able to take care of it.

Had a fantastic experience. Serge and Giovanni helped me get a 2017 Kia Sorento SX AWD loaded for a great price. Best every other dealership! Also took my 2014 Dodge Durango for trade so I didn't have to return it to the leasing dealership. Great experience overall, and definitely recommend!
