Went in to price the CX-9. We usually use a car broker because we do not want to deal with the hassle of the back-and-forth with me dealer and financer. We worked with Omar and he was terrific and understood what our price point was made the negotiation process painless.

Keeping it short: They gave me a hard time with my Wheel protection warranty. Andre tried to point to things in the brochure that had nothing to do with my issue. After 2 hrs, they finally agree to change the wheel. However, it needed to be ordered. Saturday, they said. Saturday turn to Monday. Monday, they said they had the tire they're waiting on the sensor. Mind you I'm driving around on a donut since Friday. After speaking to a higher-up again. They allow me to bring my car to at least put the wheel on. So, didn’t have to continue driving around with a donut. Friday, they called for me to bring my vehicle in to have the sensor put on. However, they refuse to do the wheel alignment. When I was told on Monday that they would by Nastali in Sales. So, I contacted Sansone President, who gave me an A rating managerial response that would work on most. However, I had already made up my mind I would never do any business or service there again. I went to pick up my car, they did do the wheel. But Andre who I guess ego was hurt, felt the need to tell me. That this was last goodwill (Note: Never had a good will from them and I had coverage) I would be receiving. blah blah. I laugh internally and wanted to give him a piece of my mind. However, I just gave him a look cause if only he knew. Plus Sansone President could have told him that. I really don't care because I wasn't coming back there anyway. However, if the president didn't tell him that he definitely needs some coaching. Because any good the President may have done just got thrown out the window. They're a total Joke.

I had terrible experiences at the dealerships I went to prior to Sansone Mazda. The Mazda guys were great from start to finish ... I dealt with Steve Sansone the general manager Francois my sales consultant and Sam in finance. They kept my concerns intact through the process. Love my Mazda 6 !
