On 9/2 I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram Pick Up with Eric Johnson and James Leclerc assistance. While outside waiting for my truck with James and my wife, Eric drove up and hit me in the back of neck with the mirror of my truck. Nothing was said except "holy xxxx", I think I just hit him while laughing. I contacted the dealership to let them know that I went to the doctor's and after finding out I have Whiplash with having X-rays, given pain medication, and now physical therapy. I have not heard from anyone at AutoServe to see how I am doing. What kind of service is this!!!

So i saw the service manager when i entered. I said yeah all this pollen my truck sure needs a bath. He said, "We'll take care of that ".
Well nearly $900 later i picked up my truck...and guess what?
No wash! Not even a rinse!
Now i have to make sure they even did what they charged me for!!
Gheez. Can anyone do what you psy them for!!
$900! xxx!!

I was looking for a very specific used car. AutoServ had one of about 6 in the lower 48(if you call NH lower!)Anyway, long story short, they had the car I wanted but the hitch was, I live in SW Florida. The process of buying a car via email, phone, fax etc was arduous. But, the people of AutoServ, one in particular, Joshua Ellis, had helped alleviate the majority of the stress. Josh was very understanding, flexible, and very supportive when it came to communication and correspondence with me and of course banks, co-signers, transport drivers etc. If it wasn't for Josh's professionalism and expertise, I may have actually given up on purchasing the car altogether. But, I have my car now, its in MINT condition as promised, and I love it. Couldn't be happier. Kudos to the people of AutoServ. Kate, Danielle, reception lady, managers and Josh!
