I came in Friday Told them my starter needed replacement
I came in Friday Told them my starter needed replacement They told me Starter is fine! You need a new battery Saturday the starter failed for the third time even with new battery I had truck towed to dealer for second time in two days Went there Monday Michael again insisted that what they had done Friday was correct I said 'OK just fix it' He promised to call me when he had issue resolved He never called. I called at 3:30 and was told my truck had been repaired and completed at 1:30. I asked why i had not been called And was told Michael went home early and that someone had texted me. I had received NO TEXT. You ask how they fixed truck? Imagine this, truck needed a new starter.
