I bought a vehicle from Desert 215 Superstore back in 2021 and purchased GAP insurance through their finance department. I recently paid off my vehicle and was owed a GAP refund. I provided every single document they asked for—proof of payoff from my bank, all required forms, everything. Since April 2024, they have ghosted every call and every email. Not one response. Not one update. Nothing. I even had my attorney send a certified demand letter, and STILL no reply from their GAP/refund department or management. If you purchased GAP through them and expect a refund, don’t hold your breath. Based on my experience, you will NOT get it, no matter how many times you contact them or how much documentation you provide. This dealership is happy to take your money but refuses to honor the GAP refund process they sold me in the first place. My husband and I visited Desert 215 Superstore on Saturday, May 31st to look at a Ram truck he had his eye on. We went back on Tuesday, June 3rd, and that’s when we met Jasmine. From the moment she saw us, she greeted us with a warm smile and took us straight to the truck my husband was interested in. Even though Jasmine was new to the team, she did an absolutely wonderful job! She was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to her help, we ended up purchasing the truck that same day! Since the purchase, we’ve had a few minor issues with the vehicle, but every time I’ve reached out to Jasmine, she’s responded quickly and gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her follow-up and service have truly been top-notch. So far, so good! Thank you, Jasmine, for your excellent customer service — we really appreciate you!

I went to this dealership to look at a few cars and it turned out two of them were just about the same price so I said to the salesman How about this other car and he made a comment saying oh well that one’s 35,000 like I couldn’t afford it. So I asked him OK what’s the lowest cash price out the door he would go. He told me they didn’t do that there. I said well can you ask the manager and he said no because he won’t do it he said they won’t go even a penny less I was totally baffled by this, I said you’re not even doing good customer service he said to me it’s not about customer service hello since when are things not about customer service totally unbelievable
