We wanted to keep our vehicle in a small community and support small business so we decided to have our vehicle maintenanced through them. They did a good job on every day things such as oil changes and small work. We recently had our vehicle towed to them to see what was the issue. It took them 2 weeks and us calling daily for them to tell us they do not want to work on our vehicle because they don't like to use extended warranty because they don't get paid what they are worth for the work. And that was a true statement coming from them. Wanted to speak with their manager and every time the manager was not around, left many of notes for call backs and nothing. There communication is terrible. They don't want to help anyone else out unless it benefits them or is in their circle of friends. Terrible place and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Never heard back from them on internet request. Doesn't say much for them

I send in a request for a few picture and a question about a truck they advertise from there site and got no response for my internet request. after 3 try's I found out on their site the truck was sold. This dealer will not get off their backside to help a internet customer so just move one and find a dealer who will help you.
