This dealership is the worst in the business.
This dealership is the worst in the business. Kelli is the greatest as far as customer service however the work supposedly completed on my vehicle was a total bust. They wanted me to take the Jeep to another dealership because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and it is still under warranty. Instead of offering to help with a second opinion they wanted me to run all over to get service from one of their competitors. Complete lack of customer service!!!

I took our 2022 Durango Citadel in due to the entertainment module malfunctioning. We kept a log of what it was doing and some videos. I told them that the sound went on maximum for a long period of time. We could not get it to stop. We had to turn off the car and open the door. I told them to check all the speakers because the drivers side tweeter was not working. They replaced the module and did nothing else. I had to take it back due to the speaker not working. When I went to drop it off the advisor put his ear up to it and I was told it was working fine. I told him you should be able to hear it when sitting in the seat. They ended up keeping the vehicle and "repaired" it. I picked it up and I still could not hear sound. I was told this was due to a setting so the driver could experience the full Mopar experience. The speaker is supposed to be quieter. I told them to get it fixed and don't lie to me. They ended up replacing the lower speaker on the drivers side door and said it was fixed. Once again they did not fix the issue. Finally they replaced the speaker after replacing the amplifier and wire harness. These items were not the problem it was the speaker. I came to get the vehicle and the sound was finally right. Looking at the vehicle to make sure there was nothing left undone, I saw the right rear panel was not installed correctly and the rubber seal on the door was not attached. They fixed those two issues and I started to drive away and a plastic piece of the instrument panel fell off and hit my leg. I got out to see what it was and it was part of the trim work. As I was looking for that I saw the hood release mechanism hanging from the dash broken. Needless to say I had to take it back after the parts were ordered. The vehicle is back there to hopefully finish this. It has almost been a year since this started.
