I had a terrible experience with Woodhouse Chrysler Dodge
I had a terrible experience with Woodhouse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, specifically with the salesperson Leroy. I scheduled a test drive on Wednesday to see a car on Thursday and clearly told Leroy I’d be driving over an hour to get there. On Thursday around noon, I called to confirm before heading out and was shocked to learn the car had been sold on Wednesday—the same day I made the appointment. Nobody bothered to notify me. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers’ time. Leroy knew I was traveling a long distance, yet failed to inform me the car was no longer available. I wasted my time, gas, and even took a day off work because of their negligence. If I hadn’t called ahead, I would’ve made a two-hour round trip for nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding Woodhouse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and especially Leroy, if you value your time and want to avoid frustration. Their lack of communication and professionalism is appalling.
