they forgot the title application, inspection slip, any thing about registration, and sent me home with a dead battery! thats all so far but i just recently traded. thhe only thing good about this place i can see was Jordan ( my salesman) and the gal who called and invited me to come!
Met with lies.

I will start by saying I purchased a vehicle from Capitol Chrysler and if there were a negative star rating system that is how I would rate them. This is the typical old school car dealership, with typical lying, dishonest car salesmen and management, based on the majority of the employees I dealt with. They will tell you what ever it takes to get the sale, even if it is a straight out lie. I am from out of state and was dealing with Steve Tolbert the General Manager on a used 2020 vehicle. I expected some sort of typical car salesman BS like what he said, "this vehicle is so clean I could put it on the show room floor and sell it as new" or "we do not do fees like other dealerships" both were not true. I had asked some very specific questions and requests that would determine if I would make the 8 hour drive, one way to buy my new vehicle, and they were answered with straight out lies. When I got there I was passed off to a sales advisor that really knew nothing of the vehicle and she spoke misinformation just to appease me. Even after I got home, and realized I had been lied to, I reached out to them to make it right, there has still not been a response. Once they got my money they could care less if I was a satisfied customer. I will say that the only positive experience I had was dealing with the finance manager Coung Nguyen, he was very professional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM from Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Jefferson City, MO.

Went in to have my vehicle evaluated for a potential trade. Orion showed me a recent trade in that wasn’t on the sales lot yet but he thought I might be interested in. After unable to come to an agreement initially, Orion subsequently asked me to come back in and we were able to work out a mutually agreeable deal. I was very pleased with the ease of the transaction and the efforts made to take up as little of my time as possible. Thanks again!
