They didn't tighten the lug nuts in my jeep after I specifically explained I'm in need of a tire alignment and follow up care after getting new tires. They claimed their car wash was unavailable for complimentary services after I spent over 5k at this location in the last year and just didn't seem to want to take the time to explain the paperwork I was signing.

As they have over the decades I've dealt with them, they did exactly what they said they would do and found more unknown problems that were a big potential issue and all except the oil change and headlight were under the warranty. They also washed the car for me. I didn't wait for the work to be done, but usually enjoy working while I wait in the best customer lounge and working areas of any dealership! I drive from the Brainerd Lakes area just so they can service the vehicle.
