I bought a set of tires from Austin Ford 2 or 3 years ago which came with free tire rotations. I made an appointment for a rotation, and told them I bought the tires with them. And expecting a 15 minute job was disappointed to be waiting for over an hour. The WORST part; whether a misunderstanding or lack of knowledge about the tire plan, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $30.OO for a FREE rotation, and spent an HOUR doing an inspection I DIDN'T ASK FOR.

The process time to purchase was the fastest we have ever been through Thanks AJ. For all your help and the rest of the team members.
