Cancelled a service plan 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund of $4000.00 Say it can take up to 45 days. Have filed complaints with Secretary of State and Attorney General.

Terrible experience!! Don't shop here!! Cancelled a service plan I purchased. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Dealer tells me it can take up to 45 days for a refund. Have filed complaints with the Attorney General and the Secretary of State. Spend your money at a better dealer!!
