Issue was taking care of really quickly. Service team picked up the vehicle from our home and allowed for use of a rental vehicle.

They took care of me almost immediately. Took look at my car to diagnose the problem and had an answer for me in a timely manner. I was also given a loner and was shown how to use it because it was a highbrid and I was not familiar with them. While my car was there ( dropped off on Monday and fixed and picked up on Wednesday ) Ashley S. kept me updated with everything about what was going on. Carl who was the mechanic that fixed my car did a great job fixing it and reassured me through Ashley of all my concerns and answered my questions. Dan at the leasing desk was also a big help in teaching me about the loaner and reassuring me about how the loaner process works. Except for the fact that my 2 wk old car was already experiencing problems the three people I mentioned made me feel confident that it would be taken care of and that my car would be as good as new and they were right. So very satisfied
