2 years ago we bought a Jeep Compass The sale was based on a buy back of our Chevy Cruze which had still 3 months due on the lease We returned the Cruze and Lawless was to send a check to Chevy They never did! So a year after the sale our credit score brutally dropped 50 points. we discovered that Chevy had never been paid and had the debt in collection agency against us ! We paid immediately to avoid troubles and received a letter from Lawless admitting that they had never paid For about a year Lawless promised to send us a check ...But now we still have received nothing and have to go to court to get our payment back from Lawless ! More expenses for us! Lesson learned

Hello. I really just wanted to Express my extreme dis satisfaction with the service I have received from lawless.. I bought a used jeep from lawless about 3 years ago and I have had an on going issue with my car that I have brought to lawless multiple times and each time my car was kept for a few days and I was charged a diagnostic fee and told hmmm we cant figure out why your car is shutting off on you while you drive....I have two children this is a serious safety issue and now I amm being told they cant even check it again until June 3rd...ok this is after I was told during my oil change I would get a call from the manager which I never did...I am a single mother I can not afford to keep throwing my money away...most importantly I NEED A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MY CHILDREN lawless should be absolutely ashamed.
