We had a great experience at Herb Chambers in Millbury The process was stress free and pleasant from beginning to end.More precisely I would like to give high praise to my salesperson Donald Porcaro. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership. This was my second Grand Cherokee Limited, I would definitely go back for my next car. Thank you Donald and thanks also go to David Lachina.

I was looking to buy a certain vehicle for a while and I came across it at Herb Chambers in Millbury Ma. I delt with Ashley on phone for awhile and going back In fourth then we came to an agreement I was very satisfied. So thanks Ashley for working with me and your manager to get it done. I've bought a Jeep here previously and decided I wanted another - so I visited and test drove with Tom Sanderson. Explained I was still at least 45-60 days away...he treated me as if I was attempting to purchase the vehicle that day and kept in contact but wasn't aggressive or pushy. Very knowledgeable and great with buying process; got me everything I needed in the vehicle and followed up after I took delivery to make sure everything was as I expected. I would definitely consider another jeep once my lease is up; the new Trailhawk is top notch and HC Milbury is the best place in New England to inquire and buy!
