What a joke!
What a joke! They lowballed me on my trade. I guess they don’t want to sell cars or they just think the consumer is stupid. Extremely hard pass!!!

Went to Criswell CDJR in hopes of trading my Hyundai in for a new Dart! The entire team went above and beyond to assist and make our purchase hassle and stress free! Caroline is very knowledgeable and helped us with all the technical details of this highy sophisticated PHEV. Bill Devine, sales manager, took time to explain the transaction in great detail. We did not feel pressured at all. Jeff Duncan, Finance Manager, reviewed all of our options and was great in helping us make the decision to lease! And even though it was a busy Saturday, Doug Martin, General Manager, took time to come and greet us and thank us for our business! I HIGHLY recommend Criswell CDJR if you want to be treated with respect and feel valued as a customer!

Anthony assisted us on buying a new car recently. He wasn't our salesman but since we purchased a new car and a used car, he assisted us with the new car process. He was very nice and professional!
