Just your typical dealership that pretends to be nice when your looking and buying and then after you buy from them, your as good as trash to them.
I traded in a car, that I was still paying, for a Jeep and filled out the paperwork as they gave me but the one thing they got me on was being specific and explaining to me how important it is to be absolutely correct about the payoff amount. I told them the payoff amount according to my loan account that I had with the car. Just a week later I see a charge on my bank account for the Car payment so I contacted the bank I had the loan through. That bank told me that the payoff amount wasn’t enough so they pulled the remaining amount from my account. They said they’d provide me with a statement to show Ourisman so that they can see the payoff wasn’t enough. I called up Ourisman everyday, couldn’t get a hold of someone for a couple of days because they only had one person in finance working. I left a message and no one called me back. Finally I was able to talk to someone and explain. I got attitude from who I talked spoke with because they seemed to not know what to do and said they would look into and calm me back. I never got a call back so I tried calling back every day again and a week later I finally got a hold of someone and got attitude again saying they won’t refund me the money for the car payoff because it is what it is. It’s only $300 but to me that a lot but for a dealership that makes a ton of profit off of underpaying people for their trade in and their inventory of vehicles, it’s very MINUET.
I think he end i didn’t feel any compassion or any professionalism from this place. They got my money so now I’m trash to them. That’s how I feel.
I had the original loan representative on the phone to talk to Finance and he even said they were in-human to me and awful. Since Kevin was busy with a customer when we called, he said he would call back but I doubt he will. Let’s see.

Horrible horrible experience. Marco is a terrible salesperson and everyone there is horrible at customer service. The customer service is horrendous, from just saying Hi hows your car to getting your plates and the second key. I have had my new Jeep Wrangler for 2 months and have not gotten the second key. I have contacted them many times about it and they always tell me its ordered and coming. Right after I bought the car they treated me bad. The manager does not seem to care at all either and does not help fix any problems. I will never ever ever go back again. Do not waste your time buying a car here either. Go elsewhere.

I want to share my experience with my recent purchase of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Ourisman CDJR dealership. Firstly, sales representative Jason Kerr was very friendly and kind. He was very thorough with explaining all the features of the car and scheduling the test drive. The financing process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all who are looking for a great car at a fair price.
