Attempted to scam me!
I made an offer on a used vehicle over the phone as I live over two hours away. The offer was agreed upon and they came back with a quote for my monthly notes at a decent interest rate. I asked to see everything in writing which the salesperson noted she would work up and send to me "shortly" along with pics she would personally take of the vehicle. I waited almost 24 hours for the salesperson to put the figures we agreed upon down on paper so I could look over everything. After almost 24 hours I got a call from the salesperson saying that they could not sell it for the price they had agreed upon and gave a BS excuse about not being able to go below an internet posted price. Very disappointing experience and very poor customer service!

bought new car and already have problems with it that they refused to fix even when it went into recall they ignored my calls. stating that i must have done something wrong
