Our salesperson, Terrance, was wonderful! However everything else was awful! The manager, Justin, lied to us and then tried to up the price. Then when we said we were doing financing through our own credit union that is when the trouble started. I wrote down every detail that they needed to fax to our credit union. Not one time did they say they don't have a fax, instead when I spoke to our credit union FOUR hours later we learned that they had not received anything. When I called the lot that is when I learned that they did not have a fax. So, I gave them the email info to send it over. The next day our credit union still had not received it. I had to call THREE times to get this done. We aren't stupid we know it was purposely done. They came to us and suggested that we could go ahead and drive the vehicle home but said that they would put a lien on the vehicle if they did not receive payment from our credit union. That we would then have to do financing through them, which meant a much higher interest rate. So I was not surprised that I had to stay on them and basically do the work for them when it came to getting the info to our credit union. I love my car but we will NEVER deal with Tim Short lot again!!
