Sent all requested info to make closing faster. I get there and nothing was ready. I finally get to closing and the interest rate was wrong and had to jump through those hoops to get it corrected.

I bought the jeep and they added an extended warranty I
I bought the jeep and they added an extended warranty I didn't want. $2600.00 I told the finance manager several times I didn't want an extended warranty, I have a witness to fact. It was added on and I didn't know it until I logged into the loan institution and saw an extra $3165,90 on my loan. I called and my $500.00 deposit was not taken off and I was charged with the warranty I didn't want. Ryan Downs the salesperson was excellent, He was very helpful and was willing to work with me.

They were very polite and helpful, although I believe that my interest rate is extremely high, I really like the vehicle. But it is making a strange sound and I smell Antifreeze. ( Please allow me to have it re- checked, I was told that it should run for at least another 100.000 miles
