Really enjoyed the whole buying process. I spent quite a bit of time on the Reed website. Pretty much knew what car I wanted to see before we got there. Jessica was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She described the overwhelming technology and how it worked. Manager Mike Sullivan finished the process.
DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CAR!

Always thought, taking your car to the dealership meant you might pay more but at least you would receive the best care for your vehicle. WRONG on multiple occasions. Brought my Chrysler 300c in to figure out why the brakes totally lose power sometimes and have to restart to work properly. They charged me to diagnose and fix a "twisted brake line." Problem not solved. Then they sell me on a 3 oil change deal. Figure they can handle that. Nope. Month later I'm trying to figure out which vehicle is leaving big oil spots on my new concrete driveway. You guessed it, my Chrysler 300c. I jacked it up and found a very loose oil filter. Not even hand tight. Don't trust these people with a car you care about.

As everyone knows buying a new car can be a hassle and a dreaded thing - NOT when working with an amazing salesman.
