While searching the web looking for a new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica, I came across the Yemm Auto website. I had very specific needs for my new Pacifica, and when I listed what they were, I got an email reply from Amanda Lester. Although Yemm Auto did not have what I was looking for, Amanda was very helpful in trying to find me the right van. She looked across the web and did find a vehicle that matched my needs. But when she tried to trade for it, it had already been sold. We had been exchanging emails for several days, and when I called her to ask about the van, she was again very helpful in trying to find something that would meet my needs. I made a purchase from a local dealer, and when I called Amanda to let her know, she was very gracious and congratulated me on my new van. Amanda was very helpful friendly and thorough. When it comes time to make another purchase, I will definitely let her know since she was such a good salesperson working with me on this potential sale.

Had my car 2 times for cabin water leak. They didn't fix , still leaks. I will not pay to fix their mistakes.
