saved from being stranded
greatest service ! was stranded in 105 degrees. Norm Stalnaker(service mgr.) dropped what he was doing and diagnosed problem (broken fuel injector) replaced it himself in the heat outside and had me and my little dog back on the road in a little over an hour. I'll never forget the kindness shown to me.I will drive back to them for service(100 mi. roundtrip)dan Doherty

worst service department of any dodge dealership
My new dodge has been at Hansen's now for over a month have not ever been contacted by them and have no idea when I will get my truck back all the work is suppose to be done under warranty. Moral of the story is I would never buy a vehicle from them and I would never take my vehicle to them again.

Standing behind the customer
I recently posted a review about my Kymko and I wanted to report that Hanson's did the honorable thing and got me a different machine. I appreciate that they did the right thing and I am hoping the new machine is everything we want in a side by side. Tracy and Doug worked very hard to get the other one running right. It was just a bad apple and I am so happy to see an end to this issue. Thank you all.
