My husband bought a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado truck & it barely made it home. Bad judgment 🤔 or xx ??? Took to have it looked at a mechanic shop they couldn’t get a reading of the computer from the truck . You can’t even see the mileage on the truck 🤔🫣

Watch out for Amir carter there office manager put extra warranty on my deal and said there system was messed up now won’t answer the phone or reply back to emails….all just to boost his commission pay

I’ve been waiting six months to write a review about this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Cherokee in January of 2023. During my purchase I discovered the vehicle only had one key, my salesman Jeffery let me know they would order me a key and have it sent to a local hero dealership in my area. He also told me the key was a $450 value which they would cover. Fast forward FIVE months, I finally have a key ordered and sent to a local dealership. During my appt with my local dealership I was having some work done to my Jeep along with my key being programmed. When I went to pay for all the work I had done they informed the key had not been paid for and we were responsible for the cost. I contacted my salesman Jeffery regarding this he let me know he would check on it and get back with me. I paid for the key that day since it had been programmed and it wasn’t the dealerships fault. The key was NOT $450, but $200. I’ve left messages for the general manager and manager of this dealership for a month with NO response! It’s not even about the money for me at this point just the lack of communication! I’m sure if I were calling to purchase a vehicle they would have returned my call by now. I have NOTHING good to say about this dealership!
