It was discussed over the phone with insurance and
It was discussed over the phone with insurance and service advisor, Jordan, that the vehicle would need to be detailed after incurring flood damage. The vehicle was NOT detailed, only the carpet replaced, and the smell of mildew is so strong it is unbearable to drive. I believe that Parks should pay to have my vehicle professionally detailed!! I had to pay an insurance deductible and the vehicle was NOT repaired to satisfaction!
