I have purchased over 15 cars from various dealers. This dealership is the worst. Suncoast was $8,257 more than their competition. About a month later I saw a man driving the blue Rubicon they tried to sell me. LOL. Sales manager was right, someone bought it. LOL Bless his heart. Poor guy got hosed out of a BUNCH of money. Also, the Suncoast service department doesn't want to do warranty work on vehicles not purchased from Suncoast. I had a small manufacturer defect found with less than 2500 miles and a month old vehicle. They denied it and told me to take it back where I bought it from. It was a $97 part. After a brief discussion, they said they would do it for $575. Not under bumper to bumper. I was told to call Chrsler if I didn't like it. I've given them many chances. Complete sham of a business. Stay away and save a ton of money.

We purchased a used 2019 jeep wrangler from Suncoast and they provided a 2 month 2000 mile warranty that was worthless. When we drove it home we experienced the death wabble on the highway twice and it failed virginia state inspection for rusted brakes. It also had a jeep recall unfixed on it. Suncoast did not prep the car well or inspect it at all. It cost us an additional $1130 to repair. So buyers beware of used cars at this dealer...
