On August 4, 2025, I bought a used Toyota from this terrible dealership. The salesman, Jamal, turned out to be a good guy. He completed the paperwork back in the spring. I immediately told him I had bad credit, to which he asked if I could put down $1,000. I agreed. Twenty days after the purchase, the sales manager demanded that I return the car, promising a refund within 24 hours. I returned the car, but still haven't received my money back. I was simply robbed. They don't answer my calls. I've been there several times, but the manager is hiding. The general manager isn't answering either. I filed a complaint and am filing a lawsuit today. I don't recommend anyone deal with this company. You'll find nothing but deception and fraud there.

I purchased an extended warranty on a used vehicle I bought 8/2/25. I decided to cancel the warranty on 8/21/25 for a full refund. I was charged sales tax on the warranty but the warranty company states they didn't charge the dealership sales tax so I needed to get a refund for that from them. So numerous calls, messages, texting no one would return my call so I went there in person and was jerked around and lied to by a sales manager saying the warranty company owes me the tax refund. I have since notified the department of revenue of the dealerships practice and am proceeding with a complaint with them. They have no customer loyalty once you leave the dealership after a sale. Beware!!!

Contacted the dealership over a 10 days with an approved KBB offer. Due to my distance from the dealership I was texting with a sales representative. I gave her my terms and was trying to get a quote on a 2024 Jeep from the finance manager. All I got was he was working on it.... excuse after excuse. I really dont think they want to sell cars.
