Courtney was exceptional. She kept me informed by texting me about the progress. I ended up having to get a loaner which was fine. The only problem was it was on empty when I got in it. 
All in all my first dealings with your dealership was great.

Buying experience here was wonderful, however delivery of vehicle was not so great. The Wrangler was a new 2020 that had been on their lot for over a year. Since it was new we didn't open the hood, look at the engine or try various options on it prior to taking it home. Once home we opened the hood and there was a rodent nest built around the battery, the 4 wheel drive shifter wouldn't move and after conferring with the dealership we were told to force it, that we wouldn't break it. That worked. lol.

Went to ferman in new Port Ritchey to see if I could possibly buy a vehicle as I had saw the trucks they had for sale online. As soon as I arrived they treated me with professionalism and not like other dealerships that are rude. I dealt with Pete and Robert and those guys are awesome they were able to get me the pickup truck I wanted at the price I wanted. This place exceeded my expectations and I'm definitely coming back to buy another vehicle in the near future. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to this place they treat you right!!!
