I wanted to share some feedback from my recent service visit. I originally hoped to work with Felipe, but he wasn’t available, and Leo stepped in to help me instead. Leo was phenomenal! He truly went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. I really appreciated how attentive and thorough he was, and I’m very happy with the level of care he provided.
