Liars and crooks.
Liars and crooks. Stay away! Their finance employee Yasmany Basulto lied about the warranty they sold me. Consumers, you don’t have to take their actions laying down….. go to the attorney general, DHSMV, and the federal trade commission and file a report. There are many avenues for consumer protection that you can utilize. Don’t let them keep getting away with robbing and lying to people. Don’t buy any extended warranty from these people. You can only have work done on your vehicle at their dealership, not any Ram dealer as they claim.

This dealership has been the worst with service.
This dealership has been the worst with service. Since I purchased the vehicle I’ve had nothing but issues. A couple days after purchasing I brought the truck in to get looked at and was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After coming back to speak to another service advisor I was told the vehicle had transmission problems and was told to leave the car so they can further look at the vehicle and then order the parts for the truck,drove for 3 months with a bad transmission, and then later on was fixed. Then I brought the truck in multiple times after stating that vehicle had a misfire and I was told that the vehicle had nothing wrong with it even though I have proof showing what was wrong with the vehicle and the check engine light constantly blinking while I am driving. I’ve left the truck multiple times at the dealer so that the tech can look at it and they still say nothing is wrong with it. I’ve missed multiple days of work because I don’t have the transportation and they won’t offer a rental or a loaner vehicle. Now that my extended warranty is almost over is when they want to try and make it seem like they are helping stating for inconvenience. This has been by far the worst experience with a dealer , haven’t had the car for a full year and have had nothing but problems and none of them fixed. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this dealer. Just a scam and horrible service advisor.
