Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

Buyer Beware. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and they made several promises they couldn’t keep. The doors had some rust, and the sales manager assured me they would repair it at cost — but they refused to honor that agreement. Later, the motor needed to be replaced, and they stopped responding to my calls and texts altogether. Very disappointing experience. Take your business elsewhere!

I purchased car in August one month car broke down they wanted $3500 to fix oil pan leak car delivered with dead battery and steering column broke , fuse box in side hanging dashboard painted Mack still wet when car got delivered try return car they said no gave $400 for which didn’t even cover diagnostic text now car still sitting because I refuse pay for a car I got online with lies they told warranty doesn’t cover nothing major …stay away from this dealership

We purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 and had it delivered 220 miles north of the dealership. The vehicle arrived with no brakes, beyond filthy, and with several scratches and dents. The dealership is taking no responsibility for any of this, and refusing to resolve the issues. Luckily Stellantis (Owner of Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat) is taking care of us with the towing, rental car reimbursement, and brakes issue. However the dealership is responsible for the cosmetic issues and is stating that the vehicle must have had scratches on it previously. Even though the sales repand sales manager said there were no scratches or dents/ dings, and predelivery videos of the vehicle 2 weeks earlier all showed no scratches and dings. Also as others have mentioned, that I didn't see until after purchase, they will charge you over $2K in "Processing fees" which they don't advertise in their prices. I would stay away from this dealership and look elsewhere for purchasing your vehicles.
