I was looking for a change for a lease and choose to go with a Jeep Renegade. The first dealership I visited was Milford Auto Group and they took excellent care of me, exceeding my expectations. My salesman, Mark Setaro went above and beyond to get me an extraordinary deal on a loaded Renegade, even though my intention was to go with a base model, they made a great deal possible for my means and for that I am very grateful. Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident.
I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I might expect to get my car back. I’ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience.
I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I’m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else.

I was very satisfied with your professionalism and your efforts to make this a pleasant event. You were very knowledgeable about your vehicles and took the time to explain their features. You were very helpful and located the exact car we wanted in a very short time. We had 2 issues when we came in, turning in our leased Jeep and getting a fair price. You handled both to our complete satisfaction. I live about 2 miles from another Jeep dealership but chose to be a repeat customer, based on how we were treated the last time we were new car shopping.
