The definition of bottom notch service, highly recommend thinking twice before having your vehicle serviced with this dealership. Would go as far as to recommend using any other garage as it can not get any worse. Dropped my Jeep off for service, found out it was a bad fuel pump, dealer ordered part, part came in and then started receiving the run around when I would call and check to see if the fuel pump was installed yet. Was told it would be ready to pick up Friday. Friday rolls around I wait until the end of the day to call because I have yet to receive a call saying it is ready. Was notified they didn't have the right technician in to do the work. Gets pushed off until next day. During this time I have a rental vehicle that I am using and would like to have notice when work will be complete so I can return the rental but yet the dealer never reaches out to notify me that they had no intention on working on my vehicle and giving me the false impression it was gong to be completed. Terrible costumer communication. Now to the real issue, finally the work is complete and I go to pick up my vehicle. Pick it up a little after 6pm and it was sitting outside in the dark. I pay get in and drive to the gas station thankful that I have my vehicle back. As I am putting fuel in I am looking at it for the first time under light and see damage all over the rear paneling. I treat all my vehicles like they are my child when it comes to keeping they maintained and detailed so this is incredibly frustrating that a certified jeep dealership would give me my vehicle back with this blatant damage, must have been why it was parked outside in the dark. I return to dealer and speak with service person Rob who had no idea. Rob is one of two service managers. I find it hard to believe that a service manager would not look over a vehicle before it goes back to the costumer. Rob down plays the issue and tells me to reach out to the other service manager Jim. Talk about a bottom notch service department. I will return to see if issue will be resolved or I will be reaching out to my attorney. Would give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY if you care about your vehicles. Had no problem taking my over thousand dollars in repairs but has no respect for their costumer base when presented with an issue. Will never return for service or to purchase a vehicle from the Crowley group based on this experience.

Do not buy your car here! Just bought a 2013 Kia soul in January 2018. Drove 4k miles, went in for my first oil change. They said my brakes were very low and needed changing. I got a $1000 estimate from a auto shop. Called them to make sure they were covered under my dealer or paid warranty. Told not at all. Then contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue. Was told I would be contacted, that didn't happen. Called anyways, and the service manager hung up on me. Apparently the feel fine selling cars with low brakes pads, or they fail to inspect them in the first place. Ridiculous and totally useless. I will never go back to them again. Go somewhere else.
