I was traveling thru Utah, I had an accident, that results two my front tires was damaged, and one rim bender. I towed my car to Cortez Dodge dealership. I own Dodge Durango. Was early Saturday, so I wait till 10am to go to dealership and ask for help. I hear that service is closed on Saturday. I explain that I’m from Phoenix and it’s an emergency. Nobody cares. I replace one tire with my spare, and asked if they can sell me one spare, or help anyway. They not even ask me if I want a bottle of water, watching me thru windows, when I replaced my tires myself. Not even offer any help. -10 stars if possible. Lazy people with no intention to help. I’ll share that message on all social media! Tire Max shop from Cortez help all the way. So if you need help I suggest to go to them instead this dealership.

took my car in 6/16/2020 the last time I will go back there. For 2 years I took my car in several times a year something was not right, each time they said nothings wrong. I looked up reviews for reliable dealers and scheduled appointment for maintenance I knew it needed they went above and beyond and fixed my 2 year old problem in a few hours beware of these kind of business in small towns The service I got was uhh ok hurry up bye call u when it’s done before I could even finish explaining what Nedone.
