This has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve
This has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve seen in years! After driving an hour for a 3:00 appointment I was told I’d have to leave my vehicle for up to 3 days to verify what could be done in 10 minutes visually. Then after verifying, it may take a week and a half to change a pair of rear leaking shockes. When I asked what I was supposed to do without a vehicle for that length of time I was totally dismissed with, “Rent a car”. Service rep was the rudest person I’ve experienced in years. NEVER will I buy another Jeep from this dealer… Nor will I have any vehicle serviced here!
