Stockton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Check engine light came on gave me a code took vehicle to Dodge in Stockton. They stated that the pump in the DEF tank was failing and the DEF was contaminated not under warranty due to contamination. We took the truck back after a $6700 estimate to replace and repair we declined service. We purchased the equipment to test the DEF our self and it came back totally normal with no contamination. I called Dodge to tell them what our findings were. They are backtracking and trying to figure out why theirs came back contaminated where ours did not. They showed us a sample of the DEF that they pulled from the pump and it shows an oily substance in their jar no explanation as to how the oil got into their jar in the sample of DEF that they say it came from my truck. The DEF that we siphon our self out of our truck is clear and uncontaminated used a testing strip for DEF and it is 100% on the money what is supposed to show. They falsified DEF Test results and are lying about it! To void my Warranty! We retested the DEF and it came out normal and clear! I am filing complaints with every board and review sites! The manager told my husband as he walked out the door he should fill the DEF up and just drive the truck! Hello if it was really bad why would he say that?

The parts and service team are the worst ! Don’t trust them with you repairs took my truck to them for a vapor leak and gas cap replacement was when they charged me 260.00 to replace cap and said I need to pay another 200 for them to tell me why the light was coming on ( vapor escape ) since they reset it replaced the cap and it came back on , go home and found the cap loss I tighten it and light went off. What a bunch of crooks . Will never buy from them again too many places to buy from to deal with rude and incompetent service people that just want to rip you off .
