Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. Matt was kind and compassionate and caring to my dilemma. He is an excellent example of service. He made my day. Thank you Matt.

I would recommend this dealership. They went beyond my expectations in service. Allowed me to shop for a new vehicle with out any pressure to make a sale. Very fairly priced. Family friendly.
