I took my Jeep into them more than 23 times and 7 in the past 2 months for a simple replace Antenna oddly once they found out i Had a MAX-MAX MOPAR Warranty they oddly found over $6000.00 of repairs needed ? Scam. Fraud and Grand Theft. Theft defrauded me over $2000.00+ and MOPAR over $4000.00 they defrauded us both and lied to cover up there scams

Under no circumstances take your vehicle to the dealership. I took my $70,000 plus vehicle in for service for three issues. Not only do they not fix them they Made one completely worse and unsafe. They told me they can fix my truck in a few weeks and if I felt unsafe driving it that I should go rent a car. I will never do business here again and neither should you. You can thank me later

I made arrangements to do a test drive with a sub, as my contact was off that day. Drove in 30 min, on the lot 30 min, kid was confused about how he was NOT getting in during COVID for a drive with me, a 3rd "man" came and berated me. "Are you going to buy this car?" If not, I could not test drive. He was rude, abusive, and cost Cole a sale of a high end Ram. The salesman is silent, so maybe we should not be silent about such anti female (I did not have an escort?!) thinking. Go anywhere else, I will never do any work at all ever with Cole.
