John in the service department took extremely good care
John in the service department took extremely good care of us and knew exactly how to use the lifetime warranty on my 2014 Jeep. We are so impressed with John and his knowledge that we will make the two hour drive without complaints. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. Great coffee too!

My experience at AutoNation Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Roseville was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. They repeatedly called me in, promising a fair appraisal of my car at $39,500, but then dragged the process out with unnecessary and irrelevant questions about insurance and personal information. After providing all the details, they ultimately refused to purchase my car. It?s clear they don?t value their customers at all. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.
