We had a great experience at Moss Bros.
We had a great experience at Moss Bros. Travis was awesome. He had answers for every question. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone that helped us was so nice. We have been to many dealerships throughout the years and this was one of the best. We were also greeted by Casey the GM who was awesome also.we definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Salesman Eddy was great.
Salesman Eddy was great. Finance is not. Agreed to take care of a bad headlight on vehicle purchased. They have not got back to us after multiple attempts and ignoring us. Zero follow through once they have your signature. Vehicle purchased had one key fob. They didn’t mention this until we took delivery of the vehicle. We offered to pay for a replacement and have also been ignored on this request. Javi and Fred are the specific problem.
