Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I unfortunately took my truck to this dealership to get fixed. The service department did not fix the root cause of the problem, even with me telling them that they were fixing the wrong thing. The service tech misdiagnosed the problem, and then worked based on that misdiagnosis. When I took it back, the service manager acknowledged that the service tech was wrong on the first visit, but was still insulting, rude, and unprofessional. If you ever have the chance to deal with Wendy, the Service manager, or get your vehicle worked on here, run the other direction. Run far and run fast. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will show you the receipts from my first visit and the estimate from the second, showing the same complaint. Now, we have an understanding. They don't want me there, because they know they are wrong, and I don't want me vehicle there because they are the most inept dealership I have ever stepped foot in. If there were a lower rating, I would deservingly give it. I still have the same problem with my truck I did initially, I'm out money and I had to have the frustration of dealing with Wendy.

We bought a 2024 Ram 1500 Limited. Outstanding staff, Ivan was extremely helpful and accommodating; staff was very professional. Great team and what a beautiful truck! Cannot recommend Ivan enough!

Received a recall notice on my 2015 chrysler 200 in February and called on March the 6th and was told the part was on backorder, called again in June was told the same thing, called again on August the 3rd, and informed them my car didn't pass smog and it wouldn't pass smog until the recall was completed and my car registration expires on 9/21 and I will not be able to register my car until the recall was completed.
