Jack Powell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Went there to buy a new Gladiator. The sales person was nice kept in contact until after the sale. I had questions about the expensive alarm security system. Found out it was only a tracking system. My other Jeep was an alarm and tracking. Called to find out more. The call was never returned. I discovered I did not receive the covers for the removable tops. Called the dealer the "Senior" salesman said he would have my sales person contact me. Never heard back. This is NOT the support the sales person told me this dealership would be. She did say she really wanted a GOOD review when it was sent to me. I don't think so. This turned out to be the worst vehicle buying trip I have had. I was hoping for better in the beginning but the after sale attitude is really poor!!

If you consider yourself an idiot then you should buy your car from Jack Powell because that is how you'll be treated the moment you actually need them for something. That's probably not accurate since an idiot is maybe acknowledged, even if for just being an idiot. At Jack Powell, you will not be acknowledged even though you bought your car from them. You won't exist. If it's too late and you didn't know better (like me), I don't mean you. Anyone else - you are an absolute fool to venture into that place.

First time buyer experience was GREATT! Customer services was great, made the process fast and smooth but most important adapted and worked with the client’s preferences!
