My original service tech disappeared.
My original service tech disappeared. It’s not clear if he quit or was fired but the dealership should’ve contacted me to provide an update on my truck. They had my truck for 8 days. When I called to speak to the tech for updates, they should’ve told me instead of sending me to his voicemail. Unacceptable on the dealership. Just shows lacks of professionalism.

It was terrible they still haven't even fixed the problem there's a whistling in the air conditioning part and they made it even louder the managers they keep just pushing me to the side cuz I'm a black woman it is terrible there big red down to all of them they're very rude to me and it was terrible even the secretary ladies they were rude they're very in professional the sound is still there they fixed everything else they tried and they had my car long enough they just gave it back to me with the same sound so they're bad they're terrible they're ungrateful they just they they just ungrateful
