I have owned Jeep vehicles for nearly 3 decades.
I have owned Jeep vehicles for nearly 3 decades. I have dealt with service departments in a half dozen states. This has to be the worst dealership I have dealt with in a life of 60 years. They overbook appointments and then keep your car several days for a 2 hour repair. Their service advisors have to be tracked down to get an update on the car they are suppose to be calling you about. They are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to pay them for terrible customer service. The ONLY reason this place is still in business is people don't have the time to drive across town and use a different dealership. If you can avoid this place, do so! If you are part of its captive audience of local patrons, good luck.
