Best car buying experience I believe i have had. Julio was great right from the start. No game playing, listened to me, worked to get the 26 Rubicon I've dreamed of down and available to me at a price I was comfortable with. This is a bait and switch dealer. They advertised a car for $31,000 but, when you get to the dealer it's $50,000. Some lame excuse was offered that the price "was before options", but they clearly advertised the options. Then on top of that, their cars have overprised lo-jack options, nitrogen air, etc. This is clearly a dealership that is looking to take advantage of the public.

Purchased a vehicle remotely and worked with Rico and Kim. The dealer added undisclosed “dealer accessories” after the listing, which had to be pushed back on. We eventually agreed (in writing via text) to $1,000 off and a second key for $500. They then stalled the paperwork and later claimed they never agreed to the discount, pressuring me to pay the extra $1,000. Only after I said I would walk away did they honor the original deal. The second key was never delivered, and since closing they have completely ghosted me - no replies to texts, emails, or calls. This was a classic bait-and-switch followed by zero post-sale accountability. Proceed with extreme caution, especially for remote purchases.
