This was the best experience I have had with a car dealership. They were able to hit a reasonable price and stayed with their commitment through the process. Even the finance side was pleasant to work with.

While contemplating buying a new car Knight called me,
While contemplating buying a new car Knight called me, emailed me and texted me continuously. After driving my newly purchased home from their dealership I noticed one of my headlights was full of water. I called the dealership to see what they were going to do about it. Was directed to person in charge of "New car purchases" but only got her voicemail. Left detailed message with all the information including my name and phone number. That was 4 days ago and still no return call, text or email. I'm pretty certain I've made a bad decision in buying a vehicle from this dealership and would warn anyone considering a purchase from Knight to factor this into their decision.
