Sara went the extra mile - keeping me informed about the process of the Jeep recall, scheduling, and then making sure I had my car in time. The team even stayed until 6:15 PM on a FRIDAY NIGHT to finish it because I needed the car to get to LA on Saturday. She was even able to price-match the new tires I needed (Sara found that one of my tires had a slit and that they were wearing unevenly). I felt taken care of and truly supported! What a group of supportive people. Thanks to all!
