If I could give this guy 0 stars I totally would. He literally told me I "should've gotten a car that F****** worked" and laughed at me. they had my vehicle for almost a full year for a motor replacement. They lied to me a bunch of times about what was even going on with my vehicle. At this point I am definitely owed compensation for the loss of income that my wife suffered during this whole period of time they had my vehicle. I removed my vehicle from the premises and took it to a dodge dealership in Joplin MO, and they had it fixed within 2 months. I am still waiting to hear back from Jason Hoee on how they are going to make it right but Im not going to hold my breath on that by any means. I could keep going and going about all the issues and whatnot but I'm sure y'all get the gist of it. Definitely not recommended to bring your vehicle here to get serviced. you may not get your vehicle back for a year. Oh, and while I was in line trying to get my vehicle back, I talked to another customer who was retrieving their vehicle from a motor swap due to the motor being blown. they only had his car for 3 weeks. The only good interaction I had while retrieving my vehicle on Aug 4 2025 was the sales manager came out and calmed me down after Ty Turney said what he said to me. that was it nothing else was good about dealing with these people. And yes Jason Hoee I am still waiting patiently for any kind of response to the proposed course of action to make this right.

Jeremy was great. He was able to find the right vehicle for a great price and color.

Sales and dealer worked very hard to get the deal I was wanting . Sales man Yan didn't give up and sealed the deal.
