Everything about this purchase was fantastic! Excellent customer service at every level. From a quick initial response to my after hours email inquiry about vehicle availability, Which was followed-up by with a prompt (as soon as they opened the following morning) email from Kacey in internet sales confirming the vehicle was there and coordinating with sales. The in-person dealership experience was great. Salesman Austin Parker was knowledgeable and efficient, he was personable and not pushy. Mike in finance thoroughly explained everything, and Adrian coordinated with the detail shop and provided frequent updates on the delivery timeline (very busy Saturday) and delivered a pristine vehicle - he even took the time explain the features and offered to explain further if needed. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.
